Perched just across the road from the Port Gaverne, Pilchards is more than just a place to eat. It’s a laid-back coastal retreat where great food, good company, and stunning sea views come together in perfect harmony.

Designed by our chefs to showcase the very best local produce, our thoughtfully crafted menu features everything from freshly landed Cornish seafood, think Porthilly oysters, butterflied gurnard and cured monkfish, to the finest coal roasted cuts of dry aged steak and fennel brined pork ribeye from trusted South West farms. With our menus changing regularly to reflect the seasons, you can always be sure of the freshest and boldest flavours at Pilchards.

Pilchards is open everyday throughout summer, from 11:30am to 11pm. Food is served 12pm-9pm from Wednesday through to Saturday, and 12pm-8pm on Sundays. If you are visiting on a Monday or Tuesday, please note we will only be running a drinks only service. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
